Senator Ferns moved to amend the House of Delegates amendment to the title of the bill, by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Com. Sub. Senate Bill No. 362 -- A BILL to amend and reenact §23-2C-3 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; and to amend said code by adding thereto a new section, designated §29-22A-10g, all relating to authorizing the redirection of certain amounts to the General Revenue Fund; authorizing the redirection of amounts collected from certain surcharges and assessments on workers’ compensation insurance policies for periods prior to July 1, 2018; and authorizing the redirection of amounts collected from certain deposits of revenues from net terminal income for periods prior to July 1, 2018.
